ARE WE THE ENEMY?

A plausible diagnosis of Gulf War Syndrome that the Pentagon might rather ignore

While medical experts have been chasing each other down the chemical weapons highway in a fruitless search for what caused the Gulf War Syndrome, Col. Francis Joe Hart of little Pea Ridge, Arkansas has been doing his own recognizance along an Ozark logging road.

And wouldn't you just know that lying in plain view along that narrow path, the tall, slender man with a soft gravely voice discovered a plausible answer splayed out as obvious as a fallen oak.

But so far, the retired World War II Air Force pilot can't get anyone in the system to even listen to him, much less take a closer look at what he has found.  

To the smug who survive within D.C.'s Beltway gridlock, Col. Joe might be easily stereotyped to the margins of credibility as some backwoods eccentric, regardless if his discovery is logical.

You see, in all the politics and manufactured confusion that has become the world wide search for revelations about the puzzling syndrome, this former Prisoner of the Nazis has said damn the politics.

Instead, he set off trudging his own road, following the threads of truth.

The night sweats, flu-like symptoms and other seemingly nerve-related ailments reported by so many American and UN soldiers after their return from the Middle East likely were not caused by exposure to chemical weapons.  At least that is what Col. Joe, as he is affectionately known, now believes.

Neither was the illness triggered by nerve gas or invisible airborne agents spewed by Saddam Hussein's Republican Army in the desert night air of Kuwait, Saudi Arabia or Iraq.

As for pesticides,  Well, he says they may have contributed to ill health.  But there are no "fingerprints" left behind by any chemical agents that prove their complicity.

Nope, Col. Joe spent a good deal of his 75th year thoughtfully researching a potential culprit that has lain embarrassingly beneath everyone's noses since that war began in 1991.

The problem may well have been in the bottled water our troops were forced to drink so many times each day, he says.  

The idea initially crossed his mind a year ago when he said he began focusing intently on this mysterious malady.  He said he carefully pursued answers as any thorough investigator would, first by identifying patterns of what differed in veterans' lives between their homes and the Middle East.

One answer was intense heat and its related effects.

Tedious inquiry was nothing new for Col. Joe.  After leaving the Air Force, he worked 13 years for the Martin Marietta Corporation in Denver as the product assurance program manager for Air Force Titan programs.  

He said he became an expert at identifying and resolving the sources of intricate problems in the Titan system.

His search led to a Fayetteville Gulf War veteran who had brought home an empty, half-liter bottle of the Saudi Arabian water.  It was the fortified water American troops had been commanded to drink each day for months to ward off dehydration.

The plastic bottle was distributed by the Nissah Bottling Co. of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.  The names of two other bottling companies, the Health Water Bottling Co. and Natural Water Co. of Wadi Missah Saudi Arabia, for some unknown reason also appear on the bottle label.  It was bottled in October 1991, according to the label.

That bottle contained a list of nine electrolyte additives printed on the label.  The letters TDS 265 also are printed without explanation at the bottom of the list of electrolytes.

Perhaps that stands for the percent of Total Daily Supplement.  But I am speculating.  Who can know for certain except the Saudis who actually bottled it?

The soldier explained how most American combat troops and others stationed in the desert were ordered to drink between eight and 10 bottles each day of their stay.

What immediately struck Col. Joe were the positive electrolytes called cations, that had been added including fluoride, sulfate, nitrate and chloride.  Bicarbonate also was listed on the label.  

The negative electrolytes, known as anlons, mixed into the water were: potassium, calcium and magnesium in addition to sodium, the label says.

Some U.S. commercial sports drinks such as Gatorade also contain electrolyte additives, but in different types and lesser quantities; at least that is what the labels show.

Those commercial drinks also do not contain fluorides or sulfate, labels show, the two prime suspects in Col. Joe's research.

When he opened the book Advanced Nutrition and Human Metabolism, published in 1995 by West Publishing, it explained how small amounts of soluble fluoride achieved maximum blood levels within 30 minutes to an hour.

While fluoride was constantly flushed from the body through natural elimination, it also was constantly being replenished day in and day out, allowing blood levels of the stuff to remain chronically elevated.

The text also explained how when the compound fluoride is mixed with sulfate - as it was in this drinking water - the fluoride became even more readily absorbed into the bloodstream.

Multiply the 66 percent of the acceptable daily intake of fluoride and 90 percent of sulfate as indicated on each bottle for eight or ten times each day for months and it sure seems plausible that we are talking about some powerful chemical imbalances in these soldiers, said Col Joe.

If this is the case, some inexact arithmetic shows roughly each soldier would have ingested roughly 720 bottles over 90 days, or about five times the acceptable daily level.

And bodily tissues most impacted by a chronic overdose of fluoride are nerves and muscles.  

In fact, the book explains fluorosls, or the toxicity from overexposure to fluoride, is characterized by "changes in bone, kidney and possible nerve and muscle function."

The bottom line was that this veteran who survived a year of mistreatment and torture by Nazis a man with no impressive letters after his name or political positions to protect, came to believe the enormous amount of fluoride blended with the enabling sulfate might well have created chronic nerve problems for many veterans.

And in fact, the complaints of many Gulf veterans do appear to involve central nervous system disorders.

The politics of Col. Joe's discovery being validated obviously don't bode well, however, for the military, do they?

After all, it was the military command that forced the soldiers to drink so much of this particular water, apparently without ever checking our potential reactions or chemical imbalances to so much of the added electrolytes, or whether the additive figures cited are even accurate.

Why fluoride anyway, when it is effective primarily as an agent for preventing decay in the forming teeth of children?

In fact, this discovery has triggered many questions for me.

Exactly who was doing the mixing in all these water bottling plants?  Was there any quality
control?  By whom?  Who actually owns these bottling companies?  Why are three named on the label?

"I think this is fascinating," said Dr. Sam Turner of Fayetteville, a family physician.  "I don't know why they would even put fluoride in the water of grown servicemen whose teeth have fully formed.  I'd say it is definitely worth examining more closely."

On Dec 16, Col. Joe wrote to Shella Widnall, Secretary of the Air Force, to explain his background and his findings in detail.  He asked for her assistance in conducting a more scientific investigation into these beliefs.

"In analyzing data available through the news media, it did not seem that chemical agents, gases or pesticides were responsible, or surely scientists could match the symptoms to fingerprints of known chemicals.

"I looked for something abnormal or foreign about the Gulf operations and found one thing stood out: water," his letter reads in part.

"After limited research, it is possible I may have discovered a probable cause of the medical disorders," Col. Joe wrote.

He also wrote to the Under Secretary of the Navy, the Veterans Administration and our newest U.S. Senator, Tim Hutchinson, and his new 3rd District Congressman brother, Asa, asking for their assistance through whatever it takes, including legislative hearings if necessary, to determine the validity of any of this.

But so far, he has heard nothing from anyone, although one officer did say he would put the information out over the Internet," Col. Joe said.

It can be hard to find a bull horn big enough to attract much attention when a person retires to tiny Pea Ridge, Ark.

But watch for Col. Joe - survivor of Nazi camps and dogged researcher of Intricate dilemmas - to keep barking until someone finally makes an effort to prove him wrong.

Some people refer to "it" as Murder, I refer to "it" as Doctor Assisted Suicide.  "It" is the present Medical Science of Oncology


This article is written because of frustration knowing people will die from cancer, which need not die, and others will needlessly suffer pain and body disfigurement.  Greater numbers of people in constant pain from viral diseases that cause physical restrictions, like rheumatoid arthritis, need not be.  You are going to read about the discovery of God's Chemotherapy, Oxalic Acid, the "magic bullet" many scientists have been seeking.  Continuous research for 16 years has resulted in discovery of the natural cure for cancer, viral, bacterial diseases, and vascular disorders.  Several hundred victims have been cured since discovery of the purpose of oxalic acid.  This is written in every day language using few medical terms so that readers may understand it.

Many people have rightly believed there is a natural cure for cancer.  The natural cure has been in the earth since creation, is now and will be until the end of time.  It was my belief in God and Creation that allowed me to find answers to the questions: Did God create the earth with this poison to kill us?  Did God put a poison in food necessary to sustain life only to have it kill us?  Did God put a poison in blood of all mammals, including humans, to kill us?

Oxalic acid is stronger then [than] any man made poison currently used in chemo treatment.   Its natural and greatest use is as a blood-borne chemical in blood of all warm-blooded mammals, including humans.  We obtain oxalic acid as we do other required acids and minerals, from foods and beverages in our diet.  To be available to all mammals in the world, oxalic acid is higher in weeds than other plant life.  Oxalic acid in the manufactured form is a very strong poison.  Records reveal that 1/2 ounce of oxalic acid was dissolved in water, mistaken for another chemical, and then swallowed by a woman who died 40 minutes later.  Is it a coincidence that foods and beverages we are told to eat because they are good cancer fighters, are high in oxalic acid?  The "Merck Laboratories, Manual of Diagnosis And Therapy" fails to list oxalic acid in the index.  Consequently, most doctors are unaware oxalic acid is in human blood.  This is a positive indicator that I have discovered the cure.  Why is it not identified?  Most doctors know little or nothing about it.  Until recently few laboratories could test blood for it.  Mayo Clinic Laboratories recently advised they developed a test, however it is unreliable since blood samples are not protected from decomposition of oxalic acid by "EMFs" (electric magnetic fields).

Cancer is not mysterious.  Our body contains trillions of cells, and we produce millions from nutriments we consume as our bodies use cells as fuel to operate.  Humans are not perfect creatures and do not produce all normal cells, and abnormal cells must be removed from the blood or they become cancer cells.  The prime purpose of oxalic acid in human blood is to keep our blood clean of abnormal cells.  Oxalic acid is the "magic bullet" in the immune system that kills virus and bacteria.  I describe action of oxalic acid killing abnormal cells as "cellicidal" to identify with "viricidal" and "bactericidal" actions of killing virus, and destroying bacteria.

A question has been asked: Why is it necessary to have a special diet if it's a natural cure?  Good question.  The answer is the amount of oxalic acid in foods and beverages varies from very high to none at all.  The following example is from the USDA Handbook 8-11. Carrots, a strong cancer fighter contains .50 gram oxalic acid per 3.5 oz, while corn never recommended contains .01 gram per 3.5 oz.  The original diet instructions were simple.  Every 24 hours drink 1 can of Hollywood brand carrot juice, eat a handful of cracked walnuts of any kind, drink distilled water and avoid the "blockers".  Blockers are items that inhibit, reduce, bind, or otherwise reduce or eliminate the beneficial effect of oxalic acid.  It is very important to avoid the following items as each one can be considered a "cause" of cancer and diseases.  The blockers are: Citric acid in fruits and added as an ingredient in foods and beverages.  Cow's milk and products made from cows milk, except butter, Elevated magnetic fields, "EMFs", Pyridoxine (Vitamin-B6), and Alcohol.  

The objective is to increase oxalic acid in the blood by eating foods high in oxalic acid, avoiding foods, beverages and environmental factors that block oxalic acid from being available in our blood to fight diseases.  Remember it is a poison and over consumption of oxalic acid must be avoided as it has serious side effects.

There is no intent to write the complete diet here; however, it is important to discuss in detail 3 blockers; Citric Acid, Cow's Milk and EMFs since they weaken the immune system, and are a major cause of cancer.

The United States Department of Agriculture has not established a Recommended Dietary Allowance for Citric acid.  The body will produce citric acid when needed to eliminate excess or undesirable acids from the blood.  Citric acid when taken orally will remove acids from the blood.  A highly respected nutritionist in 1960 referred to "oxalic acid as the villain and citric acid as the rescuing hero" in a very specific remedy.  Check foods and beverages in you cabinets and refrigerator/freezer and see how few you find without citric acid listed in the ingredients.  You should stay alert as other food items contain citric acid listed in the ingredients.  You should stay alert as other food items contain citric acid like pineapple, which is very high.  Many people are confused and believe citric acid is Vitamin C and it is not.  Ascorbic acid is Vitamin C.  Beverages, especially soda pop, containing citric acid should be kept from children age 12 and under.  It may be a cause of many deficit disorder conditions.

Calcium not combined with other minerals in the body is "excess or free calcium" and will inhibit absorption of oxalic acid.  Cow's milk, not meant for humans, is high in excess or free calcium.  When you read items have been enriched by calcium, how often do you read that other minerals necessary to make bone material have also been added?  A calf nurses at the mother cow for 6-8 weeks and when weaned, leaves the mother and almost never goes back.  How does that calf grow as large as the cow without all that milk?  The calf gets calcium from pasture grasses, grains, weeds, and seeds.  We humans can get our calcium from vegetables, grains, nuts and seeds just like other mammals.  Why are many doctors prescribing calcium-enriched supplements for cancer patients in their battle for survival?

EMFs "electric magnetic fields" decompose oxalic acid in blood.  In 1995, a new question emerged about electric power: Does it have anything to do with cancer?  In 1995, the U.S. Department of Energy published a booklet all about your home, power lines, office and work places and took a position on both sides of the question.  Basically they said, maybe it does and maybe it doesn't.  The USDA approved decomposition of oxalic acid solutions in measuring radiation dosage in sterilization of food and medical products.  In 1996, I made Application for a U.S. Patent in which I submitted data as to exactly how it does.  Here is the answer.  1. Oxalic acid decomposed by radiation (EMFs) is used as a dosimeter when sterilizing food.  2. Oxalic acid in human blood is decomposed like a dosimeter when exposed to EMFs.  
3. Humans have oxalic acid in their blood that kills cancer cells.  4. When oxalic acid in human blood is decomposed, abnormal cells are allowed to survive, form abnormal tissue, and abnormal tissue grows tumors.  5.  Your doctor gives you the bad news and suggests immediate treatment.  That's why I believe any radiation other than surgical use in an emergency is "doctor assisted suicide".  Microwaves, a high source of EMFs, are usually placed on a counter-top, under a cabinet or stacked over an oven; all breast high on most women, the major users of a microwave.  Is it a coincidence when combined breast and lung cancers are the highest cause of death among women?  When used, some cell phones do transmit a strong EMF, decomposition of oxalic acid in the brain depends on antennae location.  Electric blankets unless shielded are dangerous.  When you think of the above information equate it to the criminal who receives a death sentence.  A poison injected into the blood or electrocution carries out the sentence.

Pyridoxine, vitamin B6 and Alcohol are blockers and should be avoided.  The Recommended Dietary Allowance for vitamin B6 is 2mg daily.  Most cereals show 100% per serving and this is the first meal of the day.  How much do you think your intake would be for the rest of the day?  There is no Recommended Dietary Allowance for Alcohol; however for special occasions or a daily drink select an inexpensive red wine.  Red wine, a vintage of Concord grapes contains a significant amount of oxalic acid.

Blockers are an item that inhibit, reduce or otherwise eliminates beneficial effects of oxalic acid.  Oxalic acid comes from the earth's food supply.  Oxalic Acid kills abnormal cells, kills bacteria and virus; and is equal to or stronger than today's medicines that kill all cells.  Bacterium is quickly eliminated.  Normal cells are not harmed.  

This section will cover virus we have knowledge of from victims of different viral infections.  We have had positive report cures of Rhinovirus, the common cold, influenza, and arthritis.  Acids (pH 3.0) destroy smallpox virus in one hour.  The mouth rinse (2.4pH) will destroy West Nile, smallpox and "mad cow-decease" [disease}.  Victims would use the mouth rinse and follow the Diet.

Whom do you think should be blamed for failures in a health system that kills millions of citizens and costs trillions of dollars a year?  If you guessed the U.S. Government, you are right.  The AMA and major Pharmaceutical Companies share in the blame. The prime government section responsible.  The Department of Health and Human Services, is headed by Secretary Tommy Thompson.  The majority of Agencies ignorant of Oxalic Acid are in DOHHS.  DOHH in their Publication No. 01-1316 state "the public trusts FDA to ensure that: Foods are safe, wholesome and truthfully labeled": That blood used for transfusions is safe and in adequate supply: That Equipment that uses radiant energy, such as X-ray machines and microwave ovens, is safe.

The FDA allows ingredients to be added that have nothing to do with nutritional value.  One item, which I believe is the number one cause of cancer, is "citric acid".  The body produces citric acid to flush excess and undesirable acids from its systems.  If it were added to the body orally what do you think would happen?  It would flush acids from the body and one acid definitely would be oxalic acid.  Now check ingredients listed on foods and beverage in you residence.  Surprised, most people are.  Citric acid is a preservative, taste enhancer and color brightener.  Archer Daniels Midland is a major producer of citric acid and a major contributor of dollars to both political parties.  

Calcium, another major cause of cancer, is added whenever possible to foods, beverages, nutritional supplements and over the counter health items.  How often do you read where other minerals needed to make bone material have also been added?  "Free Calcium" inhibits absorption of oxalic acid in the digestive system.  The Hart Diet requires avoidance of cow's milk and items made from cow's milk, (except butter) because of high calcium content, Calcium supplements should be carefully studied before using.  Ensure and similar forms of nutriments with high calcium content highly suspect in inhibiting oxalic acid and in cases when victims are beyond effective treatment; it may be a form of doctor-assisted suicide.  There are natural sources excellent: One cup of Almonds provides 600 milligrams.

EMFs (electric magnetic fields) blocker no. 3, The U.S. Department of Agriculture approves using decomposition of oxalic acid as a dosimeter in the sterilization of food and medical products.  Your home and place of work containing electrical equipment could present a hazard to your health.  Breast and lung cancer is said to cause more deaths of women than heart problems.  The typical location of a microwave in the kitchen is breast high.  The magnetic field strength of most microwaves is 20+milliGauss.  Most cell phones emit EMFs of the same strength at the antennae.  Cord type electric razors emit the same strength at the shaver blade.  There are publications available from the Department of Energy listing the EMFs strength of household items.  It is my opinion this is going to open a can of worms for the FDA and cause multiple problems of huge proportion.  Think of this; any scientific testing of any drug for human or animal use that subjected test specimens to radiation becomes an invalid test.  These tests cannot be used as direct measure of the hazard to humans since humans would not be radiated prior to drug use and their blood is not the same as the test specimens.  Recently several deaths caused recall of a new drug.  Could the fault be exactly as I just reported.  Mice are mammals and their blood contains oxalic acid, which is decomposed by radiation (EMFs).  Few if any epidemiological studies consider environmental effects on oxalic acid.  Mice used in the scientific testing of tobacco tars were all radiated.  Just think of tests done by Pharmaceutical
Companies.

Think about Wal-Mart selling strawberries radiated to kill bacteria, which decompose oxalic acid the cancer fighter.  One huge problem is: The U.S. Department of Agriculture requires/allows countries to radiate foods, especially vegetables, prior to shipment to the U.S.  You should demand to know what food has been radiated with each item identified in the stores.  Now you know why the health of this country is so bad.  There is one consolation, the "brilliant dummies" eat the same foods you and I eat and they do get cancer.

We spend more money on health issues than any other country yet our health continues to deteriorate.  Many people wonder why?  My answer is:  Our system is controlled by a triad the National Institute of Health (Gov), American Medical Association and Pharmaceutical Companies that create a giant whirlpool fed by dollars and deaths.  I have experience with it.  It began February 1997 when following my first Patent Application, I met with Representative Asa Hutchinson and briefed him on my discovery.  He made one comment.  "You are going to be very rich some day."  The next event was when (BSE) "mad-cow disease" broke out in England the summer of 2000.  There was concern about its spreading to the U.S. so I sent Representative Hutchinson a letter with copy of my Patent No. 6,133,318 directed to use of oxalic acid compositions in treatment and control of infectious viral diseases in animals.  I recommended he send it to the Center Disease Control & Prevention for evaluation.  The Director of CDC&P in answer to Rep. Hutchinson said:
     "The agent that causes BSE/nvCreutzfeldt-Jacob is neither a virus nor bacterium, but an infectious agent called a prion.  Prions are infectious particles that have the ability to alter other proteins in the infectious process."  Copies of the letters were sent to me.

I have a research document published in 1954 that teaches proteins can be infected by a slow virus and the initial term proposed for the finding was "virion".  I advised Rep. Hutchinson he had been given the "idiot treatment".  I have no doubt the answer to Rep. Hutchinson was influenced by the lack of letters of credentials after my name.  Our current Rep. John Boozman has completely ignored it.

December 2001, I sent a letter to Secretary Tommy G. Thompson concerning my discovery, Issue of Patents covering Anthrax and various diseases, specifically smallpox, and the danger of radiation (EMFs).  The letter was sent to the CDC&P Jeffery Koplan who sent it back to Washington to the Council on Private Sector Initiatives to Improve the Security, Safety, and Quality of Health Care; it was further assigned to the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, and it was sent to the FDA who acknowledged my letter to Secretary Tommy Thompson May 28, 2002.  From experience I can tell you the Council on Private Sector Initiatives is a government developed "black hole".  Once in the black hole it is never seen again.  

I have written the Arkansas Department of Health on several occasions.  The response in brief was; The Arkansas State Health Officer can only use products with FDA approval.  In response I suggested perhaps the Arkansas Department of Health should issue a warning Hershey Kisses should not be eaten, the FDA has not approved them.  September 12, 2000 the Morning News carried an announcement by UA officials of a $1.1 million to study the medicinal properties of blueberries, red grapes, spinach, watermelon and rice.  They were to look for compounds called antioxidants.  In order to expedite the project I wrote Dr. White and offered to share my research since UA findings would validate my Patents.  I received no response.

The "brilliant dummies" refuse to accept my discovery because I have no credentials.  

The Patents have been offered to University of Arkansas Medical Sciences Center, Merck Laboratories, The John Huntsman Cancer Clinic University of Utah and the Stowers Institute, Kansas City.  Several major News Networks have been offered information on the discovery.

Some readers might question this and think its fiction.  Well it is not.  This article is based on facts from knowledge gained in 16 years of Research, formal class study in Advanced Nutrition and Human Metabolism, counseling by a competent patent attorney with a degree in Chemistry and practical knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology by a tutor skilled in Veterinary medicine.  The knowledge was sufficient to successfully gain U.S. Patent Office, Issue of Allowance for Claims for the use of oxalic acid in treatment of Cancer; Viral, Bacterial And Other Infectious Diseases; and Vascular Disorders, Diseases, And Calcerous Conditions.  And many Testimonials of successful self-treatment with an informal diet, now published as the Hart Dietary Procedure Plan.

Readers must help get this discovery recognized.  Wonderful things can happen.  Most importantly it stops the Government from controlling our lives by controlling our health care (Hilary's Socialized Health Plan) Second, it removes seniors as political pawns over prescription drug benefits; eliminates the threat of biological weapons of mass destruction, i.e., Smallpox and Anthrax.  Oxalic acid will kill Smallpox and Anthrax.
